Door Open Error is Indicated

[Cause] When the door open/close sensor B01 (Magnetic Switch) turns off. (On = When the magnetic approach)
[Recovery] If the door open error appears and the machine stops although the door is closed completely,
(1) Push the upper right part of the closed door. If the error disappear, repair the installation of the door. If the error does not
disappear, go to (2).
(2) Check the installation of the sensor B01 and the magnet in front of B01. If the installation is OK,
(3) Check if the LED L4 on the QPW-725 blinks when approaching and moving away the magnet which is removed to the
B01.
(4) If L4 blinks, replace the control board QPW-725.
(5) If L4 does not blink, check the wiring and connection between the B01 and CON5, pin 5 and 6 on QPW-725. If the wir-
ing is OK, replace B01. If problem still exists, replace QPW-725.
[Recovery] If the door open error appears and the machine stops although the door is closed completely,
(1) Push the upper right part of the closed door. If the error disappear, repair the installation of the door.If the error does not
disappear, go to (2).
(2) Check the installation of the sensor B01 and the magnet in front of B01. If the installation is OK,
(3) Check if the LED L5 on the QPW-748 blinks when approaching and moving away the magnet which is removed to the

B01.
(4) If L5 blinks, replace the control board QPW-748.
(5) If L5 does not blink, check the wiring and connection between the B01 and CON5, pin 5 and 6 on QPW-748. If the wir-
ing is OK, replace B01. If problem still exists, replace QPW-748.
