Bin Does not Rise (Lower) on QC-S300

- When selecting [Information - Service - P4 - Single
Operation] and bin is moved up/down,
Main shaft of M04 rotates or tries to rotate ••••••••
Main shaft of M04 does not try to rotate at all•••••

Crank
Check the followings.
(1) Crank is correctly tightened.
(2) Bearing is not removed.
(3) Drive Link is not removed.
(4) Connecting link and the shaft are correctly tight-
ened.
(5) Bin link F is not at the upper position.

Check the followings.
(1) Connector of the bin up motor is not removed.
(2) Connector of CON3 on QPW-725 is not removed.

(3) Wiring and connection between M04 and CON3,

pin 7 and 8 on QPW-725 is correct.

(4) Remove the terminal of M04. Measure the voltage
between the terminals (power source side) while
the bin is moved up/down using the single opera-
tion function. If 24VDC is measured, M04 has a
problem. Replace M04. If 24VDC is not mea-
sured, check the power circuit referring to the fig-
ure above.
