Offset is not Performed Correctly

Sheets or Machine Are Set Correctly
- If the sheets or machine setting is not set correctly,
offsetoffset is not performed correctly.
Check the followings.
- Sheets are loaded along the back end of the bin.
- Front guide is set along the sheets.
- Sheets are not curled downward.
- Sheets are not sticky because of static electricity.
(Especially in winter time)
- Guides on the receiving tray is set correctly.
- Bin pressure or friction pad pressure are set equal on
all bins.
- Frequency setting matches to the area where
machine is used.
- Machine is not tilted. If it is, sheets may lean to one
side.
There are No Worn Parts
- Sheets may not be arranged correctly if one of the
parts on any of the bin is worn.
Check the followings.
- Feed roller on any bin are not worn.
- Friction pad on any bin are not worn.
- Clutch on any bin are not worn.

Backstop Angle is Correct
- Angle of the backstop can be adjusted.
- Delivered sheets hit the backstop and bounce back.
Adjust the angle of the backstop so that sheets
bounce back to the direction it came.
Sheet Stopper
Fulcrum
Angle of the sheet stopper
can be changed by this slot.
Angle Adjustment
1. Loosen two screws. (It does not necessary to
remove.)
2. Adjust the angle of the backstop so that sheets
bounce back to the direction it came, then tighten
the screws.
2 - 2 - 1 Offset is not Performed Correctly
Receiving Tray Stops at Correct Position
- If receiving tray overruns to inward direction a little
(figure below) and does not stop at the edge, sheets
are not arranged well.
