[Cause] - There is a problem on bin upper limit switch (S05) or bin lower limit switch (S06).
[Additional Information]
- When the power is turned on, bin up/down motor (M04) rotates to raise the bins.
- When the bins are raised to the upper limit, S05 turns on and stops. ( Refer to [3 - 5 - 1]) If S05 has a problem, bin
repeats up/down movement for several times, then stops by indicating Error screen.
- If bin upper limit switch (S06) has a problem, and the bin at the upper limit is lowered by single operation, same error
occurs.
[Recovery]
(1) Check if the crank ([2 - 3- 3]) rotates when the power is turned on. If it does not rotate, go to
[2 - 3- 3] Bin does not Rise (Lower).
(2) Check if the installation of the micro switch S05 and S06 are not loose. If it is OK,
(3) Remove the bearing ( Refer to [3 - 5 - 1]) of the drive link and move the drive link up and down by hand. Check if you
hear a click sound when the detect plate presses the actuator of S05/S06. If it is OK,
(4) Check if bin link is not wobbly and the detect plate pressed the actuator correctly. If t is OK,
(5) Remove the connector on S05/S06 and press the actuator by hand. Check if there are electrical continuity between
COM and NO on the micro switch. If there are continuity,
(6) Check if LED L3 on QPW-725 lights on when actuator of the S05 is pressed by hand.
Check if LED L5 on QPW-725 lights on when actuator of the S06 is pressed by hand.
(7) If the LED lights on, replace QPW-725. If LED does not light on, check the wiring and connection between S05/S06 and
CON5, pin 1, 2, 5, 6 on QPW-725. If the wiring is OK, replace QPW-725.
