When deliver to the right (Single)
- If the value is increased, gap between the
sheets becomes bigger.(*)
- If the value is decreased, gap between the
sheets becomes smaller, and then shifted to
the opposite side.
When deliver to the left (Single)
- If the value is increased, gap between the
sheets becomes smaller, and then shifted to
the opposite side.(*)
- If the value is decreased, gap between the
sheets becomes bigger.
For Running Thick Sheets
- When using thick or black sheet, sheet pass
sensor may misdetect a double feeding. This
setting allows to change the threshold value to
let the thick sheets pass without error.
Feed Roller Rotating Time
- Rotating time of the feed roller is decided by

the time that the clutch is activating. This set-

ting allows to adjust the time that the clutch is
activating.

Overlap amount is decided by the time delay that the clutch on bin 2 is activated after the clutch on bin 1 is acti-
vated. When sheets are delivered to the right, the gap becomes big when the value is increased. When sheets
are delivered to the left, the order of the sheets are opposite, the gap becomes small when the value is
increased.

- If the value is increased, threshold value becomes high and the
sheets are difficult to pass.
- If the value is decreased, threshold value becomes low and the
sheets are easy to pass.
- Input range is from -23 to +26.
- When the value is 0, clutch is active for 80 msec, and the feed
roller rotates 300 degrees.
- When the value is increased by 1, the time while the clutch is
being activated became longer by 5 seconds.
- Input range is from -15 to +99.
