Trouble in LCD Monitor
2 - 4 -
Monitor is All Black
- There is a problem on back light circuit for LCD
panel. Check the circuit.

Check the followings.
- Main circuit protector Q00 is not tripped.
- 24 VDC is measured between the output terminals
of G02.
- 24 VDC is measured between CON3 pin9 and pin10
on QPW-725.
- 24 VDC is measured between CON2, pin 1 and pin3
on QPM-208.
- Wiring and connection between CON10 on QPW-
725 and CON4 on QPM-208 is correct.
- Wiring and connection between CON3 on QPM-208
and CN1 on inverter board is correct.
- 12 VDC is measured between CN1, pin 1 and pin 4
on inverter board.
- 14 VDC is measured between CN2, pin 1 and pin 2
on inverter board.
- Wiring and connection between CN2 on inverter
board and the touch panel is correct.

2 - 4 - 1 Trouble in LCD Monitor
Monitor is All White or has Stripe Pattern
- If the SW7 of the DSW1 on QPM-208 is turned on,
image data transferring mode is selected, and the
monitor becomes all white. ([Refer to 1 - 5 - 1])
- If connection between QPM-208 and the touch panel
has a problem, stripe pattern appears on the monitor.
Check the followings.
- Screen brightness is not set to the maximum blight-
ness.
- Image ROM on the QPM-208 is installed correctly.
- Wiring and connection between QPM208 - touch
panel - inverter board is correct.
