Gate Does not Switch

- When selecting [Information - Service - P4 - Single
Operation] and Y01/Y02 solenoid is turned On/Off,
Plunger of the solenoid tries to move ･････････････
Plunger of the solenoid does not try to move ･･････

Check the followings.
(1) Spring is not removed.
(2) Gate drive link and the gate shaft are correctly
tightened.
(3) Link is correctly tightened.
(4) Plunger moved smoothly.

Check the followings.
(1) Connector of the gate solenoid is not removed.
(2) Connector of CON3 on QPW-725 is not removed.
(3) Wiring and connection between Y01 and CON3,
pin 1 and 2 on QPW-725 is correct.
(4) Remove the terminals on solenoid Y01. Measure

the voltage between terminals (Power source side)
to check if 24 VDC is measure when Y01/Y02 sole-
noid is turned On/Off using the single operation func-
tion.

Check the followings.
(1) Connector of the gate solenoid is not removed.
(2) Connector of CON9 on QPW-734 is not removed.
(3) Wiring and connection between Y01 and CON9,
pin 1 and 2 on QPW-748 is correct.
(4) Remove the terminal of Y01 solenoid. Measure the
voltage between terminals (Power source side) to
check if 24 VDC is measure when Y01/Y02 solenoid
is turned On/Off using the single operation function.
