COMMAND INPUT DEVICE 1 – ENCODER1 and 2

Defines the total steer command encoder counts to produce a steer
command from the center position (Steer Command = 0% = 0°) to
the full left position (Steer Command = -100% = Left Stop).

Defines the total steer command encoder counts to produce a steer
0 – 32767
command from the center position (Steer Command = 0% = 0°) to
the full right position (Steer Command = 100% = Right Stop).

Changes the direction (left or right) of the Encoder 1 steer command
