Diagnostic memory parameters: Module/channel filter

Description With this diagnostic memory filter, the registering of faults of other modules or
channels can be suppressed in order that faults in a particular module or channel
can be analysed.

FN = fault number

0 0 Module/channel filter inactive (presetting)
0 1 Register only the FN of a module
1 0 Register only the FN of a channel
1 1 Reserved
Note The numbers are determined by means of the diagnostic memory parameters
