6. Start-up

6.2.4 Plugging in power supply cable

Before plugging in the power supply cable (so-
cket P), check once again to make sure that
· the mains voltage is the same as the mains vol-
tage shown on your control unit's rating plate,
· all components are connected to the right
sockets,
· the earth cable is attached!

The control unit is ready for operation once the
power supply cable has been plugged in.
When installing the power supply, it must be en-
sured that the control unit can be disconnected
from the power supply at any time.

A manual reset may be necessary if there is a po-
wer cut or if the power supply cable is unplugged
while adjusting height (see Section 7.4.4).

When laying the cables, make sure they are not
pinched, kinked or stripped of their insulation.
When laying the supply cable, observe the
DIN EN 60335-1 (VDE 0700-1).

When laying the cables make sure that no one
can trip over them (e.g. mains connection cable).

sufficient cable length for height adjustment.
