REPORTS

Reports enable you to check on the outcome of all the transmission and reception operations, the quantity
of documents received/sent and other useful information. The report printouts, and the printouts of the
various programming parameters (one touch dial, coded speed dial, configuration parameters and
installation parameters) provide updated summaries of all the transactions and the programmed settings
respectively.
The printing of programming parameters is described in the relative sections of the manual.
This chapter only deals with the printing of fax activity reports, i.e.:
Last transmission report (automatic and manual)
Journals
Power failure report
You can choose whether or not the machine is to print transmission reports automatically by programming
the relative machine configuration parameter as described in the section: " CONFIGURATION
PARAMETERS ", heading: " Programming chart and description of the sub-menu: Various settings".
You can, however, request a report printout at any time through the PRINT
OUT REPORT menu shown opposite. These requests have priority over
the parameter settings. Furthermore, while the automatic printing function
programmed in the configuration parameters only provides transmission reports, the PRINT OUT
REPORT menu also enables you to print "Journals" containing a list of the most recent reception and
transmission activities.
