START: Confirms selection of the sub-menu and moves down to the associated parameters. Confirms a
parameter and the relative value and moves on to the next parameter.

To select the value of a parameter by scrolling forward and backward through the values
available. Alternatively used to position on the characters that make up the value of a particular
parameter; in this latter case, once the position is reached you will be prompted to enter the
required value.
STOP: Interrupts the programming procedure and returns to the original operating mode display.
Access to the FAX NO. or TEL NO. parameter is automatic without pressing START.
DESCRIPTION:
a) Prompts for the number, from 01 to 32, of the speed dial code you wish to program using the numeric
keypad.
b) Allows you to enter the fax or telephone number to be stored under the previously selected speed dial code.
c) Displays the flashing cursor so that you can enter the number.
d) If you entered a fax number, allows you to select the transmission speed.
e) Attenuates line interference on overseas calls.
f) Displays the flashing cursor so that you can enter the name.
g) Allows you to choose whether or not to program another speed dial code
