CONNECTION TO THE TELEPHONE LINE AND ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY

Before connecting the fax to the electrical power supply it is necessary to connect it to the telephone line.
NOTE:
Since connection to a telephone line of a fax, telephone, answering machine or other device depends on
national standards which vary from country to country, the information which follows illustrates a generic
connection (case 1) and a specific connection for Germany and Austria (case 2).
