Outdoor Unit Address Setting (When using capacity control)
- The address of the outdoor unit must be set when using the Multi V Capacity Control function in
the outdoor unit of the AHU.
- Check the outdoor unit address setting according to each Multi V Series as shown below.
Setting the Multi V III address
Set the address of the Multi V III Model by following the steps below.
! CAUTION
• An address must be assigned to each of all the outdoor units. Entering the same address
for two or more outdoor units can cause an error in the Capacity Control function.
Make sure to check and see if all the outdoor unit addresses are set correctly before start-
ing the product.
① The address of the outdoor unit can
be set by using the dip switches,
'SW01V' and 'SW02V' on the main
PCB inside the Control Box.
② Set the outdoor unit address 80 sec-
onds after the outdoor unit is turned
on.
③ Turn on Dip Switch No. 12 while the
outdoor unit is not running to set the
outdoor unit address.
④ After turning on Dip Switch No. 12,
you will see the Main Address display
where you can set the main address
of the outdoor unit.
⑤ When the address appears, press the
black-and-white switch (SW01V) to
set the desired address and then hold
down the red switch (SW02V) for 2
seconds, after which the main ad-
dress will start blinking to complete
the setting procedure.
