2. Remote Mode Settings
In the Remote Mode, you can select the methods for receiving control commands from the
outside.
Click the Select button as shown below to see the Remote Mode for choosing the method of
using control commands.
The Remote Mode is activated only after Remote is selected for the Control Mode, and is de-
activated when Local or Schedule Control is selected, at which time Remote Mode Settings
cannot be configured.
- When the Contact Point Mode is selected: The product starts/stops and the Operation Mode
can be controlled with the external switch signals.
Use the B13/B14 (Remote Operation) and B15/B16 (Remote Mode) ports for the Contact
Point Mode.
Refer to the Wiring Diagram for more details on connecting the units.
- When the Modbus Mode is selected: Control commands are received by communicating
with the outside, and send product data to outside.
Use the terminal blocks C22A and communication terminal C22B in the Modbus Mode.
For more details, refer to the Wiring Diagram and attached Modbus Communication Protocol.
- When the LGAP Mode is selected: Can be linked to LG's Central Control applied with LGAP
Protocol.
Use the terminal blocks C22A and communication terminal C22B in the LGAP Mode.
However, make sure to check if the LGAP of LG's Central Control or Modbus is supported.
