Durante il bloccaggio non tenere MAI le mani sotto
il pneumatico.
Per un corretto bloccaggio
posizionare la ruota esattamente al
centro del piatto autocentrante
(2, Fig. A).
Controllare che la ruota venga
correttamente bloccata
dalle 4 griffe.
BLOCCAGGIO ESTERNO (ruote da 11" a 22") Premendo il
pedale (5, Fig. A) in posizione intermedia, posiziona- re le 4 griffe
di bloccaggio (6, Fig. A), in modo che il riferimento
sull'autocentrante, sia circa in corrispondenza del diametro del
pneumatico stampigliato sullo scorrevole.
Appoggiare la ruota sull'autocentrante e tenendo premuto il
cerchione verso il basso, premere a fondo il pedale (5, Fig.A)
per bloccare la ruota.
BLOCCAGGIO INTERNO (ruote da 13" a 24")
Chiudere preventivamente le 4 griffe di bloccaggio (6, Fig. A)
premendo a fondo il pedale (5, Fig. A).
Appoggiare la ruota sull'autocentrante e premere a fondo
il pedale (5, Fig. A). Le 4 griffe si allargheranno bloccando il
cerchione sugli appositi dentelli.
SMONTAGGIO

ATTENZIONE: Per le operazioni di smontaggio e montaggio
del pneumatico di smontagomme dotati degli accessori
PTX o PT 100, per un corretto utilizzo, fare riferimento al
manuale dell'accessorio stesso.
1) Premere il pedale (7, Fig. A) per riportare il palo (8, Fig. A) in
posizione di " lavoro ".
Non tenere le mani sulla ruota:
il ritorno in posizione di " lavoro "
del palo potrebbe causarne lo
schiacciamento fra cerchio
e torretta.
When clamping a tire, never have your hands
under the tire.
To clamp the tire correctly, position
the wheel exactly at the centre
of the table top (2, Fig. A).
Check to be certain that the
wheel is correctly clamped
by all four grippers.
RIM CLAMPED FROM THE OUTSIDE (wheels from 11-22")
Press the pedal (5, Fig. A) to the middle position to position the
4 sliding clamps (6, Fig. A) so that the reference on the table
top is more or less in line with the tyre diameter stamped on
the sliding clamp. Place the wheel on the table top and push
down on the wheel while depressing the pedal (5, Fig. A) all
the way to clamp the wheel.
RIM CLAMPED FROM THE INSIDE (wheels from 13-24") Press the
pedal (5, Fig. A) all the way down to close the 4 sliding clamps
completely.
Put the wheel on the table top and depress pedal (5, Fig. A)
all the way down. The 4 sliding clamps will open and clamp
the wheel.
DEMOUNTING

ATTENTION: For mounting and demounting operations
with the tire changers equipped with PTX or PT 100 see
the "istruction manual" for proper use.
1) Depress the pedal (7, Fig. A) to bring the post (8, Fig. A) again
to its working position.
Do not place your hands on the wheel:
when moving the post to its working
position your hands could be
crushed between the rim
and the mounting head.
