6.1

Posizionare la macchina ancora imballata sul luogo prescelto.
Attenersi a quanto segue:
1- L'area di ingombro necessaria all'installazione della macchina

è di 1400 mm di larghezza e 1685 mm di profondità, mantenendo
una distanza minima da eventuali pareti di almeno 500 mm.
2- Posizionare la macchina su un pavimento livellato e liscio,

avente una portata idonea.

3- Il luogo di installazione deve essere dotato di impianto di

sicurezza elettrico con messa a terra efficace, nonché di un
13
apposito interruttore differenziale tarato a 30 mA.
4- Il luogo di installazione deve disporre di un raccordo a una

rete pneumatica avente una pressione d'esercizio minima pari
a 8 bar.

6.2
1- Disimballare lo smontagomme controllando che sia in perfette
condizioni. Verificare che non siano presenti danni manifesti.
2- Svitare tutte le viti che fissano la macchina al pallet, servendosi
di un chiave esagonale da 13 mm. Far scivolare lo
smontagomme da un lato del pallet, procedendo con estrema
cautela.
Nota: tenere il materiale da imballaggio fuori dalla portata dei

bambini, perché può costituire una fonte di pericolo. Smaltire
il materiale di imballaggio come previsto dalle norme in
materia, se contiene sostanze nocive o se non è biodegra-
dabile.
6.3
1) Posizionare il palo ribaltabile (1, Fig. B) nell'apposita sede sulla
carcassa (2, Fig. B) avendo cura di inserire il tubo pneumatico
(3, Fig. B), nel foro rotondo più grande (vedi fig. B).
2) Inserire il perno (13, Fig. B) sul palo ribaltabile come mostrato
in Fig. B e fissarlo mediante le viti (14, Fig. B) interponendo le
rondelle (15, Fig. B).

6.1
Position the tire changer, still in its packing, in the chosen instal-
lation site.
Remember that:
1 - The machine's workplace requirements are 1400 (width) x1685
(depth) with at least 500 mm of clear space from any wall.
2 - The floor must be solid, level and able to bear the weight of
the machine without yielding.
3 - The installation site must be equipped with an electrical system
with an efficient grounding circuit and automatic differential
circuit-breaker with 30 mA setting.
4 - The installation site must be equipped with a connection
to a compressed air network with an operating pressure of at
least 8 bar.
UNPACKING
6.2
1 - Remove the tire changer from the packing and check to
make sure that the machine is in a perfect condition. Make
sure that there are no visibly damaged parts.
2 - Remove all the screws that fix the machine to the pallet,
using a N° 13 setscrew wrench. Slide the tire changer
sideways from the pallet with the greatest care.
N.B.: Keep the packing material out of the reach of children
as it can be a source of danger. Take the packing materials to
an appropriate solid waste dispos al pick up point if they are
polluting or non-biodegradable.
ASSEMBLY
6.3
1) Place the tower (1, Fig. B) in its seating on the cabinet (2,
Fig. B). Push the air hose (3, Fig. B) through the larger round
hole (See Fig. B).
2) Insert pin (13, Fig. B) through the tower as shown in Fig. B
and fasten it with screws (14, Fig. B). Don't forget the washers
(15, Fig. B).
