3) Posizionare il serbatoio sulla carcassa e fissarlo mediante le
4 viti TE M 8x16 (5, Fig. B/3).
4) Fissare il tubo (1, Fig. B/3) all'attacco (3, Fig. B/3) serrando,

con l'ausilio di un cacciavite, la fascetta (6, Fig. B/3).

1) Fissare il palo di supporto (1, Fig. B/4) tramite le viti (2, Fig.
B/4) negli appositi fori posti sul retro dello smontagomme (3,
Fig. B/4).
2) Fissare l'unità di lettura (4, Fig. B/4) tramite le apposite viti (5,
Fig. B/4) al palo di supporto (1, Fig. B/4).
3) Collegare il tubo (7, Fig. B/4) contrassegnato dal bollino
adesivo "A", al raccordo presente nella parte inferiore dell'unità
di lettura (8, Fig. B/4), ugualmente contrassegnato dal bollino
adesivo. Collegare poi il tubo (6, Fig. B/4) al raccordo (9, Fig.

1- Posizionare lo smontagomme nell'esatta posizione.
2- Munirsi del seguente materiale:

N. 1 – chiave a esagonale da 13 mm
N. 1 – trapano elettrico
N. 1 – punta da muro del diametro 13 mm tipo lungo
N. 4 – tasselli a espansione metallici 13x50
N. 4 – viti per tasselli M8 x 50.
3- Forare in corrispondenza dei 4 fori di basamento della mac-
china per una profondità di 80 mm, utilizzando la punta a muro
da mm 13 lungo.

4- Inserire i tasselli metallici nei fori preposti e serrare con l'ap-
posita chiave esagonale di CH 13.

four M 8x16 hex screws (5, Fig. B/3).
4) Fix the tube (1, Fig. B/3) to the connection (3, Fig. B/3) and
tighten the clamp (6, Fig. B/3) with the aid of a screwdriver.
INFLATING DEVICE INSTALLING

(TCX525 only)
1) Fix the mounting post (1, Fig. B/4) using screws (2, fig. B/4)
in the pre-drilled holes on the back panel of the tyre changer
(3, Fig. B/4).
2) Fix the inflating unit (4, Fig. B/4) to the mounting post (1, Fig.
B/4) using the relative screw (5, Fig. B/4).
3) Connect hose (7, Fig. B/4) identified as "A" with an adhesive
marker to the fitting at the base of the pressure reading gauge
(8, Fig. B/4) identified as "A" with an adhesive marker. next
connect the hose (6, Fig. B/4) to fitting (9, Fig. B/4).
FIXING TO THE GROUND

1- Set the tire changer in the exact work position.
2- Prepare the following tools:
N. 1 - Hex spanner 13
N. 1 - Electric drill
N. 1 - Concrete drill bit diam. 13 long
N. 4 - Metal expansion screw anchors 13x50
N. 4 - M 8 x 50 anchor screws.
3- Drill four holes in the floor corresponding to the holes pre-
drilled in the base. Holes should be 80 mm deep. Use the long,
13 mm concrete drill bit.
4- Insert the expansion plugs and tighten with the 13 mm
spanner.
