Next, the carriage arm spacer should be installed. Place the carriage are spacer plate between the two lower
carriage arms as shown in fig. 32.1. Attach the plate to both carriage arms using (4) 1/2" x 1" flange bolts &
flange nuts. Do not tighten at this time.
