6.4 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

DANGER!
Always disconnect the general power supply before changing any electric
component associated to the inverter.
High voltages can be present even after the disconnection of the power supply.
Wait for at least ten minutes for the full discharge of the power capacitors.
Always connect the frame of the equipment to the protection grounding (PE)
at the proper point for that.
ATTENTION!
The electronic boards have components sensitive to electrostatic discharges.
Do not touch components or connectors directly. If necessary, first touch the
grounded metallic frame or use a proper grounding strap.
Do not execute any applied potential test on the inverter. If necessary, contact
WEG.
When installed in proper environment and operating conditions, the inverters require
little service.

(reapply power)
