6.3 DATA TO CONTACT THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

For information or service request, it is important to have at hand the following data:
Inverter model.
Serial number and manufacturing date of the product identification label (refer to
section
2.4 - Identification
Software version installed (see P0023 and P0024).
Information about the application and programming executed.

6.4 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

DANGER!
Always disconnect the general power supply before changing any electric
component associated to the inverter.
High voltages can be present even after the disconnection of the power
supply. Wait for at least ten minutes for the full discharge of the power
capacitors. Always connect the frame of the equipment to the protection
grounding (PE) at the proper point for that.
ATTENTION!
The electronic cards have components sensitive to electrostatic
discharges.
Do not touch directly on the components or connectors. If necessary,
first touch the grounded metallic frame or use proper grounding strap.
Do not execute any applied potential test on the inverter!
If necessary, contact WEG.
When installed in proper environment and operating conditions, the inverters require
little service.
