Backup and Restore

Use the System Options web interface to backup and restore system data. You can also backup
and restore any or all user data from the User Options web interface. Keep a current data
backup on your PC to replace lost data, in the case of inadvertently deleting a file or replacing
defective hardware, or to restore data when you upgrade software. New software provides
some generic values; restoring your data will eliminate the need to customize those values.
The transfer of data is secure and the files stored on the PC are encrypted. The date and time
and the software version are included as part of the backup. Passwords are not backed up, nor
is the data for a device that is not connected.
