Caller Information Statistics screen
The Caller Information Statistics screen allows you to see the types of calls
being made (IP or PSTN), and how often QoS transitions occur. Use this
statistics log to help you determine if the voice Quality of Service on your IP
network is stable.

To display the caller information statistics

From the menu, choose Alarms/Stats/Logs
Result: The Caller Info Statistics screen appears.

Wait while Configuration Manager gathers statistics from the Remote Office
9150 unit's system logs.
Result: The statistics appear. The following is an example.
