The Input/Output section of the capture window displays acquisition data, the results of the scan.
(1) Total images taken during the scan
(2) Lost images during the scan
(3) Writing errors
(4) Source FPS (Camera frames per second)
(5) Write FPS (Images per second written to hard drive)
Prior to beginning the scan and capturing data, the Live Video and Waterfall views
within Hyperspec® should be closed. Leaving these two features open may delay or
interrupt GPS data storage. The incorrect GPS data will then lead to poor
orthorectification.

3. 11 GPS REMOTE TRIGGERS

The Nano can be set to capture data using a remote trigger, integrated into the UAS. The trigger is operated using the 5v
trigger wire, identified in the Nano Operating manual. Once the wire is connected to the trigger source, the following
steps need to be performed in Hyperspec
(1) Connect the computer to the Nano.
(2) Power ON the Nano.
(3) Open Hyperspec.
(4) Click the Settings button. When the Settings panel opens, click the Sensors tab.

Shows the location of the scan data
When selected the image capture is triggered by the polygon method.
Shows the number of active polygons. The active polygons will remain active even
after restarting the software until they are disabled.
The minimum altitude (m), Roll, Pitch, Yaw (deg) the system must be at before
triggering within the polygon. The altitude setting enables the user to be inside the
polygon while setting up and not start acquisition until the desired altitude is reached.
The Roll, Pitch, Yaw settings can be set so that if these values become too extreme
capture can be stopped.
The maximum altitude (m), Roll, Pitch, Yaw (deg) the system may be at and still
trigger within the polygon.
