( 二 ) 測量器的交換與調整
1. 夾帶盒①與上彈簧板②的交換
⑴ 將螺絲③轉開，並將包括上彈簧板②的彈
簧板組④拆開。
⑵ 將螺絲⑤轉鬆，交換夾帶盒①這時，⑥與
⑦的部份為緊密狀態。
⑶ 上彈簧板②拆除更換，以螺絲③組裝固定
彈簧板組④。
⑷ 用手將夾帶盒①移動側最右側，確認夾
帶盒①的先端⑧是否通過了滾軸⑨中槽的
中心線。如果位置有偏差的話，其原因為
⑥、⑦部份中產生的間隙需修正。

(二)Measurer's changing and adjustment
1.Change of strap-fixed device① and upper
spring plate②.
(1)Loosen screw③, and take apart the set
of spring plate④ including upper spring
plate②.
(2)Loosen screw⑤, parts ⑥ and ⑦ are
tightly close when change the strap-fixed
device①.
(3)Take apart the upper spring plate② and
use screw③to assemble and fix the set
of spring plate④.
(4)Use hands to move the strap-fixed
device① to the most right side, and
make sure the front end of the strap-fixed
device① has make through the center
line of the middle notch of the roller⑨.
If the position has deviation, the reason
would be the gap between parts ⑥ and
⑦ which needs correction.
