10.1. Secondary choke L002

The secondary choke reduces the ripple contents of secondary current

To achieve better welding properties L002 is constructed so that choke saturates in certain voltage and current values

10.2. Shunt resistor R002

Secondary current is measured with the shunt resistor

10.3. Output RFI filter unit RC001

Capacitors C001 to C005, varistor R003 and two power resistors forms a radio frequency interference (RFI) unit to re-

duce radio frequency interference.

10.4. Machine output terminals X002, X003 and X004

Machine has two (+) terminals X002 and X003 and one (-) terminal X004

10.5. Auxiliary transformer T002

The auxiliary transformer (T002) is a toroid transformer. It has 400 V primary and 38V and 20V secondary.

20V secondary supplies the control card A001 circuitry and the fans M001 and M002
•
38V secondary voltage is rectified with auxiliary rectifier (G003) to 50V dc –voltage
•

10.6. Auxiliary rectifier bridge G003

50V dc voltage supplies the serial communication bus and devices that are connected to it
