FastMig MXP 37 Pipe is a wire feeder designed for demanding professional use and intended for 300 mm wire spool. It can be
used with both FastMig X and FastMig Pulse power sources. The special PipeRoot welding process is possible with FastMig X
power source only.
There are two versions of MXP 37 Pipe feeder; Steel and Stainless. Stainless version has pulse-MIG and also some stainless
welding curves with it and Steel version has not those. MXP 37 Pipe wire feeder has own panel XF37.

1. MAIN CIRCUIT DIAGRAM

MXP 37 Pipe wire feeder consists of several circuit cards and separate components.

1.1. Gas valve Y001

Electromagnetic gas valve operating voltage is +24V. FET V34 is switched on and off with an appropriate frequency
and pulse width resulting +24V operating voltage to gas valve

1.2. Spool space heater (optional)

Wire feeder's spool space can be heated if wire feeder is operating in cold or wet conditions. Maximum power for
heating element is 50W (50V, 1A). There is no control circuit for heating element so the heating element is always on
when wire feeder's supply voltage is connected
