management information base (MIB) has been exceeded.

The red fault LED is lit.
Too many VLAN instances per network element or too many VLAN/port
associations have been created.
Remove unused VLAN instances and re-plan the network to decrease the
number of VLAN instances.
A maximum number of 1024 VLAN instances per network element is
supported.
A maximum number of 2000 VLAN/port associations is supported.
