Remove unused VLAN instances and re-plan the network to decrease the
number of VLAN instances.
In the MLAN operational mode, a maximum number of 64 VLAN instances
can be created per TransLAN
Otherwise, a maximum number of 247 VLAN instances can be created per

TransLAN unit when GVRP is enabled. When GVRP is disabled, then the
maximum number of VLAN instances is limited by the number of TransLAN
units installed in combination with the maximum number of VLAN instances
that can be stored in the management information base (MIB).
