7. Device Emulator

The Device Emulator provides application developers with an environment that without having
actual device available on hand the application developer can debug basic functions and
performances of application and at source level.

7.1 Software Required

The Device Emulator requires the software(s) listed below before installing the emulator.
Using Visual Studio 2008 or Visual Studio 2005
• ActiveSync 4.2 or a later version (If required)
