CONT/Ratio: Performs a Continuity test followed by Ratio test only in
VT/PT. Continuity test is not available (N/A) in CT mode.
Ratio test: Performs only the Ratio test in the VT/PT or CT mode.
NOTE: Test Mode can also be selected from the Main Screen by press-
ing ENTER, which toggles the selection of CONT and Ratio.

Select Storage Mode

1. From the top level of Configure Instrument, press the ▼ or ▲ key until
Select Storage Mode appears on the display, then press ENTER.
2. Select Auto or Manual using ▼ or ▲ and press ENTER. The display
will return to Configure Instrument > Select Storage Mode.
NOTE:
• In Manual mode, the user has a choice at the end of a test
whether to store the Measurement Record or not. The user also
has a choice of where to store the Measurement Record. So it is
possible for the user to store the Measurement Record at various
locations leaving gaps in the storage memory map.
A ll Measurement Records will be downloaded no matter where
they are stored in the memory.
• In Auto mode, the instrument will store the Measurement Record
at the end of a test starting with the first available location. All the
subsequent Measurement Records will be stored sequentially.
If the previously stored Measurement Record is encountered, the
Auto store mode will skip over and store the new Measurement
Record in the next available location.
NOTE: If the DTR
disabled. The Measurement Record will not be saved in the instrument
but will be sent to the computer.
