1. Put the AEMC 6292 in calibration mode (see previous procedure). 2. Setup the AEMC 6292 to perform a test using the 1000μΩ shunt. 3. Press the START key to initiate the test. 4. Type the character 'r' through HyperTerminal to see the operating range. -

HyperTerminal (or other terminal emulation program) Firmware Update Procedure 1. Connect the USB cable from computer to the powered off AEMC 6292. 2. Launch HyperTerminal. 3. In HyperTerminal, press the button “Call” (represented by a yellow phone) to start the connection. 8.
