This structure stores network status that has been read. It is used by ClkGet-
NetworkStatus().

Note When optical and optical ring connections are combined, the maxi-
mum number of nodes supported will be given as 62 nodes for an op-
tical ring connection even if the maximum number of nodes is 32.
