Deleting All Records

To delete all Phone Book records:
• Press the
• Press or move the cursor to 5. Directory using the Down softkey and press the

• Press or move the cursor to 1. Phone Book using the Down softkey and press the
Select softkey.
• Move to the next group of softkeys using the More
softkey then press the DelAll softkey.
• Press the Yes softkey to confirm deletion of
all contacts.

Searching the Phone Book

To search for a contact using either name or number:
• Press the
• Press or move the cursor to 5. Directory using the Down softkey and press the
Select softkey.
• Press or move the cursor to 1. Phone Book using the Down softkey and press the
Select softkey.
• Move to the next group of softkeys using the More softkey then press the Find softkey.
• Input a search keyword, and press the OK softkey.
• The search result displays showing the Speed Dial
Number name and number.
To enter alphanumeric characters, select the Mode softkey.
