NOTE: ---------------------------
The mica insulation of the commutator must be
undercut to ensure proper operation of the com-
mutator.
6. Measure:
•Armature coil resistance
Out of specification- Replace.
Armature Coil Resistance:
0.0120
at
20°c (68°F)
7. Check:
•Armature coil insulation
Set the pocket tester selector to "Ox 1 K"
position.
Continuity- Replace.
Assembly
Reverse the "Disassembly" procedure. Note the
following points.
1. Install:
•Brush assembly
NOTE: ------------------------~
Fit the projection onto the recess.
2. Install:
•Bracket
CD
NOTE: ~-------------------------
Fit the recess to the projection.
