Turn the jog dial to select "7. ALARM
REC MODE SET", and then turn the
shuttle dial clockwise.
The <ALARM REC MODE SET> screen is displayed.
The cursor moves to
"ALARM
RECORDING".

Turn the shuttle dial clockwise.
"OFF" flashes.

Turn the jog dial to select "ALARM
RECORDING", and then turn the shuttle
dial clockwise.

Setting
OFF Alarm recording is not carried out.
Alarm recording is always carried out,
ENABLED regardless of whether or not timer recording
is being performed.
AL-REC ON Alarm recording is carried out only during
TIMER timer recording.
AL-REC OFF Alarm recording is carried out only when
TIMER timer recording is not being performed.
Alarm recording is carried out only for the
OLY AL-RC
amount of time set by the timer. Timer
ON TMR
recording is not performed.
If "OLY AL-RC ON TMR" is set, timer recording becomes
unavailable and the [TIMER] button is disabled.
The following settings are carried out with the shuttle
dial and jog dial.
Vertical cursor movement: Turn the jog dial.
Cursor movement to the right: Turn the shuttle dial
clockwise.
Modification of values: Turn the shuttle dial clockwise,
and then with the setting value flashing, turn the jog
dial.
Confirmation of values: Turn the shuttle dial clockwise.
