Results for the PowerManagement application

Returns the remaining battery capacity in percent.
If :BATT:TYPE == NOBATT 0 is returned.
The instrument can work without an internal battery (NOBATT), with a
rechargeable Lithium Ion battery (LIION), or with standard dry-cell
batteries (DRYCELL).
0: No battery
1: Lithium Ion battery
2: Dry-cell batteries
0: No external power supply is connected.
1: An external power supply is connected.
