Distribution and Rate for Large Seeds

The amount of seed plate holes or slots, the size of the holes or slots, as well as the
seed plate thickness vary according to the grain size and the desired plant population.
Adjust the seed rate per linear meter through the sprocket arrangement of the Drive
Shaft "A" and Driven Shaft "B" by the following way:
1) Move the lever (C) to alleviate the chain tightener of the sprocket cones and
lock with the pin in the hole.
2) Move the cone of sprockets in the shaft, aligning the chosen sprocket and the
chain.
3) Loosen the lever liberating the lock pin.

Find on the following pages the different seed rates for plates used for Corn,
Soybean and Beans, according to the sprocket arrangement.
Observe that the table for Corn seed plate referes to 10 (ten) linear meters.
Important: - THE CORRECT SEED PLATE MATCHING TO THE USED SEEDS IS VERY
IMPORTANT.
- NEVER MIX SEEDS OF DIFFERENT SIZES.
