Lateral Depth Bands - Standard
and Optional Size for SDA CP
The depth bands (A) are attached
to the offset double-discs. It is installed at
the disc which has the function of cuting
the straw. With the machine is supplied
the Ø 280 mm depth band, the others are
optionally supplied as described below.
These depth bands can be
mounted for any row spacing, and to
guarantee the uniform depth of the
seeds in all row units.
Seeding Depth (Equipped with Depth Band):
DDD Ø 15" x 15" - Depth Band Ø 260 mm - Seeding Depth = 60 mm - Optional
DDD Ø 15" x 15" - Depth Band Ø 280 mm - Seeding Depth = 50 mm - Standard
DDD Ø 15" x 15" - Depth Band Ø 310 mm - Seeding Depth = 35 mm - Optional
DDD Ø 15" x 15" - Depth Band Ø 330 mm - Seeding Depth = 25 mm - Optional
Counterweight
The counterweights also assist in the
depth of the seeding, mainly when
occur some trend of skating of the
wheels.
Important:
IN ORDER TO MAKE SEEDING BY THE CONVENTIONAL SYSTEM (TILLED
SOIL) IT IS NECESSARY TO WITHDRAW THE EXTERNAL AND INTERMEDIARY
SPRINGS, ONLY LETTING THE SMALLER SPRING OF THE ROWS ROD.
WHETHER IS NECESSARY, WITHDRAWS ALL COUNTERWEIGHTS.
THE SEED DEPTH MUST BE CHECKED SOMETIMES DURING THE SEEDING,
MOSTLY WHEN THERE IS SOIL MOISTURE VARIATION.
