"V" Rubber-Tire and Cast-Iron Press Wheels.
The closing of the furrows can be done through the rubber-tires (A), or cast-iron
wheels (B). Both have down pressure adjustment on the soil by changing the position
of the bolts in the existing holes at the mounting support (C), or in the pressure spring
(D).
The rubber-tires (A) has adjustment of the angle between tires (vertex) changing
the position of the bolts (E) in the existing holes.
Concave or Convex Press Wheels
In this case, the closing of the furrows is done through the concave (F) or convex
(G) press wheels, which have down pressure adjustment as previously illustrated.
Attention: THE DOWN PRESSURE OF CLOSING WHEELS MUST BE PROPERLY ADJUSTED
ACCORDING TO THE SOIL CONDITIONS AND TYPE OF SEEDING CROP.
