– Place your feet on the footmarks (1).
– Do not completely lock your knees (2).
– Select Programme 1 as the first application in order to test the
compatibility (3).
– Press the START/STOP button (4/1) to stop the vibration plate if you
think that it is causing discomfort or vertigo.
Press the the EMERGENCY OFF button (4/2) to stop the device.
If the EMERGENCY OFF button is pressed, the device shuts down ex-
cept for the operating panel. The the EMERGENCY OFF can only be op-
erated after a locking period of 2 seconds. Then the device starts again in
the application mode.

How to stop

The session ends automatically after the preset time has run down. The inter-
nal body cooling fan continues to run for approx. three (3) minutes to suffi-
ciently cool the device.
– To interrupt a session, press and hold button START/STOP anytime
during a session.
– Press START/STOP again to restart the lamps.
NOTES:
In standby, the EMERGENCY OFF button does not have any
function. If the EMERGENCY OFF button is pressed, the
device shuts down except for the operating panel. In this
state, the display indicates that the EMERGENCY OFF but-
ton has been pressed.
The Voice Guide verbally navigates the user through the
EMERGENCY OFF function.
The EMERGENCY OFF can only be operated after a locking
period of 2 seconds. Then the device starts again.
