Changing the Auto Attendant Greetings

Instruction
From the System Programming
sub menu select [System]
Select
[Change Greetings]
Select the greeting type and record the
greeting.
Note: It is recommended that you use the handset rather than the speaker phone to record the greetings.
The "Auto Attendant Day" greeting is used when the system is in day mode. The "Auto Attendant Night "
greeting is used when the system is in night mode.

Entering a Directory Message

Scroll down and select
[Change Greetings]
Scroll down and select
[Directory Message]
Note: When a directory message is recorded dialing # when listening to the Auto Attendant greeting
replays this message. You can dial through this message.
