Minimizing Risk of RF Burn (probe leads)
WARNING.
the leads are connected to a source that is above the voltage and frequency
limits. (See page 9, Safety limits.) The area above these limits poses a
risk of radio frequency (RF) burns.
If you need to use the probe within the risk area for RF burn, power off
the source before connecting or disconnecting the probe leads.
Maximum Input Limits
CAUTION.
not apply a voltage that is more than 1,000 V

inputs. Above 3 MHz, the voltage limit decreases as frequency increases.
