From t he Sy st e m N e t w or k m enu, choose D H CP/ RAD VD , and t he
D H CP/ RAD VD Config u r a t ion screen appears. This scr een displays available NI C
st at us. I f each NI C has been set - up t o a st at ic I P, t hen each NI C can be configured
t o act as DHCP/ RADVD serv er.

Click t o enable I Pv4/ I Pv6 for TCP/ I P. The default is I Pv4 enabled.

• Only use Jum bo Fram e set t ings when operat ing in a Gigabit env ir onm ent where
all ot her client s have Jum bo Fram e Set t ing enabled.
• Proper DNS set t ing is v it al t o net w orks serv ices, such as SMTP and NTP.
Most faster Ethernet (10/100) Switches/Routers do not support Jumbo Frame and will not be
able to connect to your Thecus NAS after Jumbo Frame is turned on.
