From t he Accou n t s m enu, choose t he Use r it em , and t he Loca l Use r
Conf igu r a t ion screen appear s. This scr een allows you t o Add , Edit , and Re m ove
local users.

1. Click on t he Add but t on on Loca l Use r Con f igu r a t ion scr een, and Loca l
Use r Se t t ing screen appear s.
2. On t he Loca l Use r Se t t in g screen, ent er a nam e in t he Use r N a m e box.
3. Ent er a Use r I D num ber or leav e blank t o use t he sy st em default value.
4. Ent er a passw ord in t he Pa ssw or d box and r e- ent er t he passw ord in t he
Con f ir m box .
5. Select which group t he user will belong t o. Gr oup M e m be r s is a list of
groups t his user belongs t o. Gr ou p List is a list of gr oups t his user does not
belong t o. Use t he < < or > > but t ons t o hav e t his user j oin or leave a gr oup.
6. Press t he Apply but t on and t he user is creat ed.
