Step 1: Rail Frame Assembly (Box 1)
1. Locate the right hand (RH) Frame Panel, this panel has labeled holes of RH1, RH2, RH3,
and RH4. Place the RH Frame Panel on a flat surface with the assembly labels facing
toward you. Support each end with a large cardboard packing block (Box 2).
Step 2: Attach Footend Bracket (Box 1)
1. Locate the two bolts labeled as RH1 in the narrow end of the frame panel. Remove the
nuts from the bolts and set aside.
2. Locate Footend Bracket (aluminum bracket with keyholes).Set aside Foam Retainer
Strip from inside the bracket for later use. With bracket oriented with the serial number
sticker facing away from the narrow end of the machine, line bracket RH1 holes up with
the two RH1 bolts on the frame panel. ​ C orrect bracket placement will result in the
bracket keyholes upright (with the holes toward the top of the frame and the slots
toward the bottom).
3. Place the two 5/16 bolts up through the lower and upper holes in the bracket and lightly
reattach the 5/16 nuts.
