- Page 3 STEP 1 ASSEMBLING THE HANDRAIL TUBES TO THE BOTTOM FRAME TUBES ITEMS 1. Remove all protective packaging from the Handrail Tubes. REQUIRED 2. Connect both Handrail Tubes to one side of the Bottom Frame Tubes, aligning the holes. Lift both Handrail Tubes and attach the last remaining Bottom Frame piece. - Page 4 STEP 2 ATTACHING THE WOBBLE BOARD ITEMS 1. Place the Wobble Board in the middle of the Frame. Remove the zip-tie and parts bag with REQUIRED four knurled knobs and four steel/rubber washers from the Wobble Board. (Pic 2.1) 2. Detach four chain carabiners (two on each side) from the eyebolts on the Wobble Board WOBBLE and attach them to the eyebolts on the Handrails.
