Read the individual information of the error using a
peripheral device, and check the special function
module /special function module dedicated
(fixed)

instruction (network instruction) that corresponds to
the value (program error part) to make modification.

Check and correct the valid parameter drive
settings made by the DIP switches.
Set the boot file to the drive specified by the
parameter drive DIP switches.
• Remove memory card after placing the memory
card in/out switch OFF.
• Turn on the card insert switch after inserting a
memory card.
• Format memory card.
• Reformat memory card.
• Format memory card.
• Reformat memory card.
• Check memory card.
• Read the individual information of the error using
peripheral device, check to be sure that the
parameter drive name and file name correspond
to the numerical values there (parameter
number), and correct.
• Create a file created using parameters, and load
it to the CPU module.
