DEBUGGING FUNCTION
• Suspending the trace
The following shows the operation at error occurrence.
When an error occurs during sampling trace, SM826 (sampling trace error)
comes ON, and at the same time, SM801 (sampling trace start) goes OFF.
Start the trace again for turning OFF SM826.
