Do the following to change the job queue state:
1.
Enter the current password for the printer or system.
2.
Enter a new password for the printer or system.
3.
Re-enter the new password for verification.
4.
Select a state:
Online—The printer performs normally.

Suspend—Deactivates the printer, but allows for some exception jobs.

Offline—Deactivates the printer for transportation.

5.
Click Set Job Queue State to apply the changes.
To change an "Offline" printer to "Online," you must enter the same password that
was used to set it to "Offline."
